Creating delicious cocoa bombs comes down to 2 things.
- Creating the chocolate sphere.

Tools And Ingredients To Make Three Hot Chocolate Bombs.
- Half Sphere Chocolate Molds( 6 cavities for 3 whole hot chocolate bombs)
- Mini marshmallows
- Chocolate/ Chocolate chips( 1 tablespoon per chocolate mold cavity )
- Hot cocoa mix( 1 tablespoon for each chocolate bomb)
Here Are The Instructions That You Have To Follow
Every recipe has instruction, and that’s the part of the article that you have to follow precisely to make your own Hot Chocolate Bombs.
Step 1: Melt your chocolate/ chocolate chips
Put your chocolate pieces/ chips into a double boiler. While the chocolate is melting, you should continuously stir it.
If not, the chocolate will become too thick.
Step 2: Fill up the chocolate molds.
Put a good layer of chocolate on the sides and bottom of your chocolate mold. After you are done, refrigerate it for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Stretch out the sides of the chocolate mold before you pop out the chocolate half circles.
This way, you don't have to apply too much force to the bottom of the chocolate mold and risk breaking the bomb.
Step 4: Pop out the chocolate circles by pushing the bottom up.
Step 5: Fill up one of the chocolate circles with marshmallows, hot cocoa mix, and any additional flavors.
Don't make the mistake of filling both chocolate half circles. Your hot chocolate bomb won't close.
And even if it does, you risk breaking it.
Step 6: After you have finished filling one half of the hot cocoa bomb, now it's time to seal it.
The best way is to put a bit of water on a plate (until it is covered) and heat it in the microwave for a couple of seconds.
Around 10-15 seconds will be enough.
Step 7: Put the empty half-sphere edge side down on the plate, so you melt it a bit.
Step 8: Attach the empty half-sphere to the one full of marshmallows and hot cocoa mix.
Step 9: Put all of the complete hot chocolate bombs back in the fridge so you are sure that the cocoa bombs are adequately sealed.
After you’ve prepared your first batch of chocolate bombs, you have to find a way to store them efficiently and ensure that they don’t melt before using them.
How To Store Your Hot Chocolate Bombs
When storing your hot chocolate bombs, you have a couple of options.
One is you can keep them in an airtight container.
Second, you can individually package them and keep them at room temperature for up to 14 days in a cool, dry place.
